Starts from ''om'' sound around 2 minutes. This sound will help to prepare the mind and the second stage is 3 minutes stretching for physical preparation.
Third stage is breathing exercise to open our lung's blocks around 6 minutes, 4th stage is different Asanas (posters) around 25 minutes and 5th is meditation around 5 minutes. Step six is Jumping exercise to spread our energy in our whole body, which duration approximately seven minutes. Step seven is silent or celebration to balance our energy.
