Any way anyone should come out from stressful life otherwise slowly it creates frustration and then depression, which are dark parts of life, Eventually they think to finish their valuable life. A frustrated person can't do any creative activities.

- Wake up - 6.00 am

- Mantra Meditation - 6.20 am

- Herbal Tea - 7.oo am

- Jal Neti (Hot Salty Water) for to clean nasal.& Head - 7.25 am

- Yoga - 7.55 am

- Breakfast - 9.15 am

- Self Cleaning Time 10 t0 11.00 am

- Yog Nindra (Yogic Dream) - 11.00 am

AFTERNOON PROGRAM

- Meditation or any interesting program 11.30 am to 12.30 pm

- Lunch - 1.00 pm

- Karma Yoga - 3.00 pm

- Tea (Organic Herbal) - 4.00 pm

- Jungle walk or Lake visit -5.30 pm

EVENING PROGRAM

-  Sandhya Aarati - 6.00 pm

- Dinner - 6.45 pm

- Discourse in relevant topic (Question/Answer)

- Bed Rest - 9.00 pm onward
